1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to the following destinations:

  • 🌍 Other EU destinations upon prior agreement (please contact us before placing your order)

2. Choose a Delivery Method

Local Pick-UpFree

If you are close to us in Luxembourg City or Ell, Netherlands, you may choose Local Pick-Up at checkout.

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you by text message or email to agree on a convenient meeting point.

This option is ideal for nearby customers who wish to save on shipping costs.

Local Delivery (Within Luxembourg and The Netherlands) — €6.00 Flat Rate

Your order will be shipped via Post Luxembourg or PostNL, depending on your delivery location.

Please ensure your billing and delivery address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery fees are automatically applied at checkout, except when your order qualifies for free delivery (see below).

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if available).

5. Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping across all delivery zones, with free delivery for orders over €40.00.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Free delivery automatically applies to all orders with a subtotal of €40.00 or above.
  • Promotional free-shipping offers (if available) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect,

the customer may be asked to pay a re-shipping fee equal to the original delivery charge.

Current delivery setup:

  • Luxembourg: Flat rate €6.00 (free over €40.00) — 1–3 working days
  • All other countries (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany): Flat rate €12.00 (free over €40.00) — 2–5 working days

7. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the parcel (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will investigate and, if confirmed, offer one of the following:
    • A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
    • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

9. International Shipping (On Request)

For destinations outside Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany:

  • Please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability, cost, and timelines.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
